Are you contemplating a certified pre-owned vehicle? This is a smart investment with many advantages, including a range of Alfa Romeo CPO warranty options.

Maximum Care Warranty

So, what warranty options are available with the purchase of a CPO vehicle? The primary coverage is the basic limited warranty, also known as the Maximum Care Warranty. This covers your vehicle for the first five years of ownership, or the first 100,000 miles, whichever comes first.

This warranty covers repairs of all major components, from the engine to the navigation system, all with a zero deductible. To be more precise, the warranty covers upwards of 5,000 automotive components. All components that require replacement are replaced with MOPAR® OEM Parts.

Keep in mind there are warranty exclusions, such as damage that results from racing, misuse, or neglecting routine maintenance. It is similar to the Alfa Romeo warranty in a new vehicle. It’s also transferable for a $150 fee if you sell the vehicle before the warranty expires.

Coverage Date

The Maximum Care Warranty coverage begins on the date you purchase the CPO vehicle from the dealership. However, what if the vehicle’s original manufacturer warranty is still in effect? In this instance, the Maximum Care Warranty will go into effect when the original warranty expires.

There are also extended warranty programs if you wish to extend the warranty beyond its original expiration date.
